Pink Barre is a local, boutique fitness brand with inviting studios, premium retail, personalized classes and a strong female community.The Pink Barre workout is a barre-based total body workout that combines core elements of pilates, isometric strengthening, ballet, and yoga while using the ballet barre for support. We emphasize proper alignment with movements emanating from the core. Clients will conduct precise, low-impact movements that work muscles to fatigue along with targeted stretches to produce toned and balanced muscles at your arms, thighs, seat and core. Pink Barre classes are varied, safe, efficiently programmed, and set to high energy playlists.For your safety and comfort, sticky socks and capri/full-length leggings required for class. For your 1st Pink Barre class, please arrive 10 mins early for parking and introduction --- our instructors manage the check in process, so if you're late, they'll already be teaching!
