It has cream lace appliques and a few blue butterfly appliques. The straps are gathered and look like they are looped through the top of the sweetheart neckline.

The straps are gathered and look like they are looped through the top of the sweetheart neckline. The underbust seam is gathered and clinched creating a very flattering bust. Around the waist, there is a loop belt tie that is worn on the back.
In good condition. The price reflects some pulls throughout the top layer of the dress and one tear in the brown overlayment skirt shown in last photo. The fabric feels like a nylon chiffon.
