When all the Charkas aligned I created Harmony.
This painting was inspired by a time in my life when I was stepping into who I was meant to be. I was reconnecting to that truth inside me that told me I was meant to be working in the field of holistic healing.
I began exploring and completing trainings that were connected not just to what I was talented in, but my gifts and purpose on this earth.
I deepened my connection to myself by completing Baptiste Yoga and Usui Reiki training. This powerful work with my mentors and community opened me up like never before. I experienced parts of me that were hidden. I experienced moments of oneness and connected to my angels. Emotions and sensations that are hard to put into words.
"Harmony" is all about finally experiencing alignment in my life. The deeper I explored my authentic spirit, the easier it was to let go of energy-sucking jobs, people, and past trauma. In turn, I experienced my life force energy flowing more freely.
There was a sense of inner peace and contentment that occurred when I became brave enough to listen to my intuition and let go of worrying about who I should be, or what others would think if I truly shone.
This painting is always a reminder, that when I get off track in life, there is always the opportunity to find my way back to centre. I’ve felt it before and know the ease of being in integrity with myself.
My fans have been so connected to this particular piece and its because we all desire to live in this type of grace and alignment in our lives. And we are constantly recommitting to finding our way back to this state of being.
