Roses are red. Violets are blue. Bring your sweetie. For a little mid-day rendezvous. Join us for a special Valentine’s Day Partners edition of Strength & Balance. We invite you to bring a partner, whether it be a lover or a friend, to work in tandem to challenge your mind and body in this rigorous and exhilarating class.  Strength & Balance is a class designed to expand your yoga practice with longer held poses, inversions, single-leg and arm balances. While designed for those with some experience in yoga, all members are welcome. Participants will be encouraged to advance at their own pace. Instructors will provide clear guidelines, safe progressions, and explain the use of props. Please note: You must call the club to reserve a guest spot for your partner if they are not a member. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the class and have all guests bring ID and proof of vaccination with them. If your partner is a member, they must also sign up for the class!
