The design diverts the blast away from the shooter and allows the end-user to tune the top ports, negating muzzle rise. The top ports vent gas at 20 degrees, which does not distort the sight picture and allows end-users to spot both trace and impact. The MDT COMP Brake has a self-timing lock nut, making installation a breeze. Available for .223/6 mm, 6.5 mm, .308, and .338 calibers.
