Cette variété offre des fruits de type “chair de boeuf”, arrondis et légèrement aplatis, pouvant peser jusqu’à 1 kg. Ils sont sensibles à l’éclatement. Leur parfum est intense et leur saveur très appréciée. Cette variété peut atteindre 3 m de haut et son feuillage abondant de type “pomme de terre” est très résistant. Elle n’est pas adaptée aux régions très chaudes ni aux saisons trop fraîches.
