Red footed Boobies are the smallest of the family and can be found on Genovesa Island. They are the only booby to be able to perch and nest in trees due to their smaller size and feet. They nested in the incence trees and the mangroves. 5% of the population are represented by the white colour morph. There are other morphs over their whole range in the tropics.
