Booties are shaking in the world of Zumba, but not in a good way. A statement released by the fitness company said that $1.5 million of activewear was stolen from a truck en route from Miami to its annual convention in Orlando, Fla. The shipment included leggings, harem pants, and footwear. As a vertical retailer, the clothes are only available through the brand's website and the company made a plea with consumers to buy the gear only through them. "Zumba is asking fans to only buy Zumba activewear through the official Zumba channels," said the statement from the company. "As for the looter, Miami police are still investigating, and the brand is offering $1,000 worth of Zumba activewear to anyone who's information leads to the discovery of the goods." As a devout Zumba class taker, I'm deeply upset. Those harem pants sound pretty awesome. Do you rock Zumba wear? Let's talk about it.
